We have a have never let any one down and hold a 100% attendance record and all our events are covered by booking forms, signed by both parties.
Every disco and event that we attend should be treated differently, we like to make sure that what we discuss and what you get are the same thing. We like to add that personal touch to all events, so you are in control of the booking, we just purely make sure it happens and that your special event one which your guests will remember for years to come for all the right reasons.
Whatever the event or occasion, our hand picked team of experienced DJ’s will have done a similar event like yours before, whether its a theme night, wedding reception, birthday party or any occasions where there is reason to celebrate.
For the initial enquiry thats when we start doing to work. we can make arrangements for you to meet a member of the Big Bopper Entertainment team and have a informal chat prior to making any decisions. Our aim is to keep you informed of whats going on from the initial contact to the day of your event to ensure you are getting the services that you deserve
We will be happy to clarify any aspects of the service that you are unsure of, and to offer any advice we can to help make your party/disco as successful as possible. Of course you can also give us a call or send an e-mail at any time and we will answer any queries you may have. You will also have access to your own personal online booking account, so you can update your booking at anytime.
The Quality Of Our Equipment
All equipment that we use is owned by us, we always ensure it is properly maintained and treated with care to ensure its continued reliability and also for the safety of your guests. (All of our equipment is PAT tested)
All our equipment used is professional quality DJ equipment from the lighting to the sound system also; the equipment used can be altered to suit the customer’s needs and also the requirements of the venue. We will always endeavour to put on the best possible show for your event so it looks good and sounds great.
All the lighting used will be similar to that found in a nightclub with multiple effects from moonflower effects which project patterns of coloured light onto the dance floor to scanners which will move around the room in time with the music.
If you would however prefer a more subtle approach to your party lighting then please tell us before your event and we can tone things down a bit if you so wish.
We will choose an appropriate set of equipment to suit the size of the venue and the type of event but we will always try and fit in with customer requirements as best as we can. Requests for particular equipment can be made prior to the booking right up to the moment we start travelling to your venue.
All of our DJ’s have access to over 85,000 songs. The music spans from the 50’s all the way this this weeks Top 40 chart. Carrying this amount of music normally means we can cater for on the spot requests at your event. Upon booking with Big Bopper Entertainment we give you online access to our music database, so you can select your favorites songs before the event.
If however there is a song that you feel is essential at your party, please check with us first to see if we have it. If we do not have the track then provided you give us a minimum of 10 days notice we will make sure that the track is available on the night.
We always arrive in plenty of time to allow us to set-up and test equipment so we can make sure everything is exactly the way it should be.
Occasionally we do suffer some kind of mechanical/electrical fault with our equipment, this is very rare, but we do carry a large range of backup equipment and spares to ensure we can either repair the piece of equipment or replace it if needed.
We also operate a modern vehicle which is always serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations so a break down should never happen (and to date it has never happened).
But if the worst should happen and we breakdown we are also fully covered by the AA to ensure that we will get to your event no matter what.
We believe it is better to be prepared for all eventualities so we do not let the customer down in anyway.
We also have a 100% attendance record at events we have agreed to provide entertainment for, a reliable quality service at competitive prices.
